Conditions of Contract   Definitions  
 "We", "Us" and "Our" mean Qx International subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, and independent contractors, "You" and "Your" mean the sender, it's employees and agents.
Terms and Conditions Accepted by You  
 By giving us your shipment you hereby accept our Terms and Conditions set out in this contract on behalf of yourself or anyone else who has an interest in the shipment regardless of whether you have signed this delivery bill or not. Our Terms and Conditions also cover anyone we use to collect, transport or deliver out shipment. None of our employees, agents or sub-contractors are authorized to waive, change or modify these terms and conditions. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable customs import and export laws and other government regulations of any country to, from, through, or over which this shipment may be carried, and it is your responsibility to furnish such information and attach such documents to this delivery all as may be necessary to comply with such laws and regulations. If you fail to complete the necessary documents, you hereby authorize us to complete the documents for you at your expense, but we are not obligated to do so. You are hereby agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all losses, expenses, claims damages, liabilities, actions, of any nature whatsoever in any manner due to your incomplete, in accurate or false documentation, or your failure to comply with U.S. export law.
Dangerous Goods and Prohibited Items
We do not accept dangerous and prohibited items as specified by the related laws or regulations. To ensure your shipment contains no dangerous goods and prohibited items, your shipment may at our option or at the request of governmental authorities be opened and inspected by us or such authorities at any time. We reserve the right to reject your shipment after acceptance and during any part of the delivery process.
Right to inspect
We may, at our option, open and inspect any shipment for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
Our limit of liability for loss or damage is U.S. $9.60 per pound (or equivalent local currency), total not to exceed U.S. $100. No exceptions. Any value you declare is for foreign customs clearance use only.  We are not liable in any event for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, delays, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of income, whether or not we had knowledge that such damages might be incurred. 
Export Control
You hereby authorize Qx International Inc. to act as forwarding agent for you for export control and customs puposes.
Customs Clearance
You hereby appoint us as an agent for customs clearance and the consignee for that purpose. It is your responsibility to provide additional supporting documentation related to this shipment. You hereby agree to pay all charges, including transportation charges, and all duties, customs assessments, governmental penalties and fines, taxes, and our attorney fees and legal costs, related to this shipment, even if the package ended in confiscation by foreign customs.
Exclusions 
We shall not be liable for any consequential of special damages or loss (including loss of income, profits, markets, reputation, use of contents or loss of an opportunity) or other indirect loss arising from the loss, damage, delay, mis-deliver or non-delivery of your shipment even if we had knowledge that such damages of loss might arise. We won't be liable for your acts or omissions, including but not limited to incorrect declaration of cargo, improper or insufficient packing, securing, marking or addressing of the shipment, or for the acts or omissions of the recipient or anyone else with an interest in the shipment. Also, we won't be liable if you or the recipient or anyone else with an interest in the shipment. Also, we won't be liable if you or the recipient violate any of the terms of our agreement. We won't be liable for loss or damage to shipments of cash currency or other prohibited items. Also, we won't be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of god, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war strikes, civil disorders or acts of omissions of pubic authorities with actual or apparent authority.
Payment
You, the shipper, will always be primary responsible for all charges, including transportation charges, and all duties, customs assessments, government penalties and fines, taxes, and all legal costs related to this shipment in case of default of payment by the consignee, you also will be responsible for any costs we may incur in returning your shipment to you or warehouse cost during pending disposition.
Claims Procedure
 In the case of loss or damage resulting in a claim, you must immediately notify our nearest office. In case of damage you must give us a written claim with local delivery office approval  letter and any supporting pictures before the package signed by/for. Please check for damages before you signed by/for, no claims will be processed if the shipment is signed by/for the consignee.
